A beautiful colour view of the Yorkshire Museum and Gardens dating back to the 19th century, before Lendal Bridge was built. Fascinating details include signs of industry in the foreground, the open air swimming pool in the corner of the gardens and two rowing boats ferrying passengers across the river.
